Smartony Curtain Motor — 5 Years Warranty

Terms & Conditions:
1. Warranty Coverage
Smartony Curtain Motor is covered by 5 years limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

2. What is Covered
The warranty covers:
* Motor malfunction due to manufacturing defect
* Internal mechanical failure
* Electrical component failure under normal usage

3. What is Not Covered
This warranty does NOT cover:

* Improper installation or misuse
* Damage caused by external factors (water, lightning, fire, power surge, etc.)
* Physical damage or accidental damage
* Normal wear and tear
* Unauthorized repair or modification
* Remote control, batteries, and accessories (unless stated otherwise)

4. Warranty Period Structure
* Year 1–2: 1-to-1 replacement (if confirmed manufacturing defect)
* Year 3–5: Free repair (parts & labour), installation charges may apply

5. Warranty Claim Requirements
Customer must provide:

* Proof of purchase / invoice
* Product serial number

6. Service & Transportation
* On-site service subject to location & charges may apply
* Transportation or service charges may apply depending on case

7. Warranty Validity
* Warranty valid only for products installed by or purchased from authorised dealers / KKBS CURTAIN official stores only.
* Warranty is non-transferable

8. Final Decision
KKBS CURTAIN reserves the right for final decision on warranty claims.

Instant Delivery
Parcel is delivered right to your doorstep in a few hours via on-demand delivery service, e.g. Lalamove. Contact Customer Service for more details.

Standard Delivery
Estimated 1-2 working days for ready-made curtains. About 7 working days for custom-made curtains. Receive your order in standard, secure packaging handed over to you by courier services.

Collect In-Store
Order is available for collection in a few working days. You will receive a WhatsApp notification once your order is ready for collection.
Please contact Customer Service in advance for confirmation.

Exchanges (must be done within 7 days of purchase)

2-way Delivery Exchanges
Pack your parcel in original condition before handing it over to the courier. KKBS CURTAIN will ship out a new parcel to you once the returned parcel is received and inspected. Any amount difference shall be made payable to KKBS CURTAIN before we can arrange for shipment.

In-Store Exchanges
Bring your purchase to a KKBS CURTAIN store to exchange in person. Contact a Customer Service Representative to initiate your exchange.

Charges
Please take note that all return and exchange items will be charged a 15% restocking fee from the total amount paid after vouchers, if any. This restocking fee is chargeable to cover the cost of labour involved in processing, sorting, and preparing those return goods to be resold.

Returns (must be done within 7 days of purchase)

In-Store Returns
Bring your purchase to a KKBS CURTAIN store to return in person. Contact a Customer Service Representative to initiate your return.

Charges
Please take note that all returned items will be charged a 15% restocking fee from the total amount paid after vouchers, if any. This restocking fee is chargeable to cover the cost of labour involved in processing, sorting, and preparing those returned goods to be resold. Additional 20% marketplace charges are chargeable for orders made through online marketplaces, e.g. Shopee, TikTok, Lazada and so on.
